Schneider's Quality Meats Welcomes New Ownership

After a quarter-century at the helm, Mark and Robin Lengacher have officially transferred ownership of Schneider's Quality Meats to Robert Oerter, a dedicated team member with 22 years of service.

 

Reflecting on their journey, the Lengachers recall the apprehension they felt upon acquiring the store in July 2000. Despite not being natives of Waterloo, they quickly embraced the community and its support for their family-owned meat market.

 

They express profound gratitude to their customers, local organizations, and wholesale partners for their unwavering trust and patronage over the years. Special thanks are extended to Clayton and Jeanette Schneider for entrusting them with the legacy of the store.

 

Appreciation is also given to their children, Jared and Emily, for their understanding and support throughout the demands of running a small business.
